The Secret Admirer

So yesterday was quite a strange day. I got three notes from a "Secret Admirer". I thought that it was pretty sweet that I had a secret admirer, but I also found it slightly creepy that this kid knows my locker number. The first note was really weird. It was a bunch of random stuff scribbled on a note that everyone got. "Good Luck on STAAR!" It was in my locker at the beginning of school, so I'm assuming that this person came in for tutorials. I went to first period in a really confused state. I told K about it, and he wanted to read it.

Does that say no? mo? Oh, wait! I think I got it! Tho!

The second note was there when I came to my locker after fifth period. I was trying to open it when K came to read the note. I told him that he could read it after I opened it, since we have sixth period together. I went to lunch and opened it after carefully removing all the staples. Halfway open it said "Ur out of my league no..." or something like that. It kind of looked like a right-handed had tried to write with their left hand or vice versa.

The other side said, "Have a great Spring Break!" which didn't make any sense. When I opened it completely, there was a long paragraph written to "Mary" which is similar to my real name, but not quite. It was typed out and printed. Ananya and I dissected it, or tried to anyway. The P.S. section said that I shouldn't show it to Ananya, but it was a little too late for that. Meh. The person also said that he left one in "Sarina"'s locker. That's somewhat close to Ananya's real name. But she looked for one and couldn't find it. Poor kid probably stuck it in the wrong locker.

I read through the note, and I kind of recognized the handwriting, so I have an idea of who it is. I gave the note to K so that he could read it in sixth period. I was kinda shook because it was great having a secret admirer and all, but it is also slightly creepy. K kinda read through it and stuck it in his back pocket and didn't give it back until the end of school. It made me feel like he was my boyfriend again lol. He doesn't read this blog so I can say that if I want.

I should probably explain a few things. K and I kind of "dated" in seventh grade, but it wasn't real because I'm emotionally unstable. I just couldn't. But then I kind of felt pressured into saying yes, because if I said no, I would lose him forever. So, yes, technically, he's my ex-boyfriend. But I think he's an ex-almost. I don't know. Technically, we were never a thing. I feel really sorry for him and all the pain I caused him, but we're good friends now. Anyway.

The third note

I got a third note, I don't remember when, but it was the same handwriting. It was written to Mary again. The ending was creepy, "I'll just be here, watching you strut your stuff!" It looked like it had been ripped out of a notebook. K took pictures of everything because he wants to figure out who it is. He suspects the same person Ananya and I do.

There are several possibilities to this:

1. It's the person I think it is.

2. This person slipped it in the wrong person's locker

3. This is a prank.

4. This is a genuine person I don't know, who doesn't know my name well, who thinks I'm "something phenomenal".

My best bet is number 3. It's a prank.

However, I did talk to the suspected person... Er, well, I trash-talked him, so if it was him, I'm sure it won't happen again.
